LinkedIn needs to start upping its game.It needs to get more recruitment and job sites integrating with it’s APIs. It needs to start creating and pushing a CV standard that can be used across all sites so that users aren’t forced to fill in the same details over and over again.
Imagine filling out your personal and professional details once, uploading your CV then when you apply to different jobs they can pull as much of that information across from LinkedIn and have you populate the rest such as the cover letter (although even that can be from a template).
It’s a pain having to fill these details in over and over again, especially for new graduates.
